The letter from FOH that Florence received is actually a response to a story proposal made by the previous Florence.  The FOH editorial board was very impressed with the thoughtfulness and adherence to FOH principles.  Florence is confused because she never submitted a proposal and wonders how they know about her.  Nevertheless she is very curious about FOH and wants to actually write the story but doesn’t know what it is.
