Pop-👁ris is a play on words to mean Pop Art on Paapyrus with a camera (Iris).  Pop because this isn’t what papyrus is typically used for.  In addition to that, the images are made from Polaroid film, an iconic medium for pop art and photography made so with the help of Andy Warhol. The eye is   Meant as a symbol of Egypt as well as the eye of the photographer.  The transitions nicely with Iris (rhymes with “yrus” in Papyrus) because the actual mechanism of photography involves the lens and and Iris to capture the image onto film.
