Continues from a previous letter where she left off with a previous story and likening the method to the Arabian Nights.

She tells the story of her fake visit with Samir in Austin.  They tour the city together and eventually adopt a pet dog from the Humane Society.  

She tells him that she a great time with his cousin Sami, who is getting his degree in Austin.

She also talks about some orange pills she took for a sore throat.  She actually sent him some and was hoping he would analyze them and describe the contents because she feared they might be dope.
