The good archer knows his arrows well
How often has an archer really hit the same mark on the same set of arrows? How often have two separate archers hit the same mark? And how often have two archers from the same family hit the same mark after one another? Not quite often. I'm Adam Fletcher and I recently discovered that I come from a lineage of arrowsmiths in England. Apparently this was some sort of skill that dated back to ancient times. Fletchers made arrows and sold them to the archers. The trick is in the feathers which consist of hens and cocks. The cock is the feather that you keep perpendicular to when aiming and launching it towards the target. The trick is to never aim directly at the target, but just a little to the left. The arrow actually takes a path that deviates from what we see with our own eyes. The path of light is a straight on, but the path of the arrow is curved.
