End of Mentu, beginning of Anuket
Mentu is now a great warrior and has had many battles under his belt. As the years go on, he grows tired of the same routine… fight, kill, steal, return home, over and over again. Unfortunately, if he stops his enemy will grow stronger and he will be defeated. He wants to peacefully end this cycle, but he knows it has gone too far. (what is the parallel in Horace’s life?)
One day, during a particularly hard fought battle, Mentu was considering a retreat. He wanted to leave in a way that made him look victorious. ??? not sure about this
In any case, Anuket appears on the battle field. She is first sighted days before by some men who claim that she brought health back to the wounded.
Mentu discovers her powers first hand when he is wounded and she comes to him when he in unconscious.
