Okay, I'm currently in the car. I just came back from the grocery store. It's Saturday, March 3rd, I believe. And I just got, I'm starting to think about the story again. And I got a new idea for like an intro. Basically, the intro would start with the newsletter, the International Pin Friends newsletter, Society or Club, and Florence would head it. And they would meet at one of the, it's a girls club, but they would meet at one of the girls' houses on Friday nights and share their letters and also work on transposing their letters so that they can send them out to their pen pals. But anyway, they bring food from the country of their penpal, they kind of gossip about their penpal. And they just have fun. However, on that night, Florence is called off early. So they basically, they would normally maybe do a sleepover, but she can't do the sleepover. Yada, yada, yada. So she's called off. But anyway, as she has to walk home in the dark back to her house, it's not far, but it's like maybe a two or three block walk. And it's at a time when the street lights were simply not built yet, you know, in the city. And so it was, it's very dark and she's very scared. During that walk, of course, she has a little panic attack thinking about perhaps the times she slept walking hell. She could ever have possibly got out in the middle of the night and walked around the neighborhood. You know, thinking about just dangerous things in the world, it's really scary to her. But it sets the tone for when she comes home and introduces her mother, who in my opinion is this sole reason why she would never want to stay in, this is one of the reasons why she would actually want to leave. But you have to characterize this tension between her mother and father, who's the opposite, but yeah, so that's that. And you know, when she gets home, she's actually, you know, discovered that there's been bad news in the house her mother actually needs to get a hysterectomy and all that and is not doing very well because she's going through menopause and it's affecting her very harshly. So I don't know, I think it's a good stage to set and then talk about Egypt in a second chapter. I mean, I think perhaps Florence wouldn't have the penpal from Egypt yet. And so, you know, there would be another chapter, but you know, leading up to the point in which she actually gets a penpal from Egypt. So anyway, that's my note.
