Notes and dancing balconies

Omar passes perfect paper airplane notes to Amina from his balcony to hers.  She, in turn, returns them via the fruit seller on the street.  (Maybe a better way)

Speaking with dancing (what song was this?).  Omar and Amina are bored one night and start a dance contest by playing their own songs at home and dance to each other.  Develop further...

Omar is always wearing his headphones, even when he's journaling.  His stream of consciousness is intertwined with the lyrics of songs.  As a thought comes to him, he immediately associates it with a song, and vice versa.  Songs invoke thoughts, remind him of ideas and events.

He's always listening to his headphones (what model?  why that one? features?)  It was a recommendation of his family therapist (she was a former occupational therapist and believed in the power of music to help people cope).
