This chapter could serve as the beginning of the story.  It is set in a cafe/wine bar with a group of students meeting at the teachers request (possibly after class or as a change of atmosphere from the dull extension classroom.  The purpose of the meeting is to demonstrate how drinking can assist in the writing process.  Each student is required to choose a flight of drinks and incorporate it into their story, either by way of character profiles or the flight of drinks as the story itself.
