The deceiver, possession and the deceived
F & S respond to an offer from a radio commercial for PenFaces, a new service that connects people all over the world via letters. She wishes to preserve her anonymity, which may seem like a safe choice for her, but takes a deceptive turn the further she continues to write under a false persona. What she doesn't know is that, Shareef, her top friend on PenFaces (or PenPeople) is equally deceiving for choices of his own.
Their choices bring them to a crossroads when their pen lives conflict with their real ones. They must choose between a life of pen and paper and a the visceral life of real "faces". Ultimately they must decide if it's worth the risk to follow the letter to it's final destination.
