Adam accidentally ends up at the booksellers market in Cairo and stumbles upon a photo of his mother inside the merchant's kiosk.  He will mistakenly start up a conversation with an Indian selling newspapers and cigarettes because of a picture of Emmy Lou harris hanging up on the wall.  The man reacts dumbfounded when Adam tries to sing a few words to one of her songs.  Adam continues assuming that the man is following him, but when the man gets irate and tells him to piss off he realizes that he never understood a word he said.
