Meet the corresponding Silke Conquet> Montpellier


My name is Silke (Dayisaday on Flickr) and I live in Montpellier.

I'm not the art. Mine is to be administrative support to a research institute. A thousand places so the world of sketch.
Yet one day (in 2010), I pass the site of Urbansketcher.org and there is revelation. That's what I want to do it, translate the moment. It tickled me to draw some moments lived, then all of a sudden I knew what I was going to make a pencil (the cast!) Pass a liner and get into the sketch in situ. I got a little driven
(It is not at all alone) before posting my first sketches, and since my early hours of non-constraints, I saw the rhythm of the sketch.
I love being in the moment, and the sketch is exactly that. A self space in a place, listening and simultaneously in a bubble, to sharpen his gaze and his perception of time, try to transcribe it with his mood of the day, and   the little technical background. Dawdle in the streets, I like that, busy people passing by, children, the elderly, and people in the street stop can sometimes share moments or not. Just another pace for a while.
And all these features lead to encounters and exchanges between sketch enthusiasts, make you want to meet, a very nice tribe!
