I was [sleeping] under the protection of the venerable Nut when I was startled by the sounds of [screaming]. Half-awake and frightened I arose from my [bed] and began searching my [house] for the source of the sound. To my horror, I found they were coming from a translucent [stone] in the middle of my [house] with lines as straight as the blocks in [Khufu's] [pyramid]. The center of the stone was like a window revealing haunting images of people screaming under the hooves of beasts. Men with sticks rode on top of horses and other Asiatic beasts that resembled dwarf-like giraffes with pyramid backs. The smoke from fire was everywhere and the faces of the men women and children were filled with tears. But they did not run. They withstood the wrath of their leader possessed by Anubis. They carried their flag high above their heads so that all could see the eagle and the red, white and black.
